If the cancellation is made more than 1 week before the arrival date there will be no cancellation fee.

If the booking is cancelled less than 1 week, then a cancellation fee may be charged, if the room is unable to be re-let.

If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, the cost of the booking will be charged in full.

If guest(s) cut short their stay, a cancellation fee will be charged, this will be based on the remaining period of the booking and the length of notice given.

Cancellation fees will be charged, or wavered, at the proprietor’s discretion.
